10 Amazingly Simple Diet Plan Tips!

To make your diet plan include happiness and confidence all you need to do is understand these ten tips whether you are a plus size or not!

1. Diets generally don't work. No matter whether you are one of the millions of weight watchers in the world and you lose weight you will probably gain it all back and you might even gain more than you lost.

2. A diet is usually quite expensive. There is no such thing as a free diet plan. If you didn't buy special diet products, you could save enough money to go towards your prom dress. That would improve how you feel straight away!

3. Weight watchers are boring! People on a diet talk and think about food and practically nothing else! There's lots more to life!

4. Even your best weight loss tips don't necessarily improve your health. Like losing weight, health improvement is temporary. In fact there is many a diet that has actually caused health problems.

5. A diet plan will NOT make you beautiful. Very few people will ever look like models. Glamor is a look, not a size. You don't have to be thin to be attractive.

6. Being on a diet is not sexy. If you want to be more attractive, take care of your body and your appearance. Feeling healthy makes you look your best. So go wash your hair, give yourself a manicure it's much healthier!

7. A quick weight loss diet plan can turn into an eating disorder. The obsession to be thin can lead to anorexia, bulimia, bingeing and compulsive exercising.

8. Sometimes a diet can make you afraid of food. Food nourishes and comforts us and gives us pleasure. A diet plan can make food seem like the enemy and can deprive you of all the positive things about food.

9. A weight loss program can rob you of energy. If you want to lead a full and active life you need good nutrition, and enough food to meet your body's needs.

10. But most of all you should give up dieting beause learning to love and accept yourelf just as you are will give you self-confidence, better health and a sense of well being that will last a lifetime:)

And here are some little extra tips for you from me...

Personal trainers will tell you that our big tummies put a big strain on our lower back muscles. Our tummies try to pull our bodies forward and back muscles have to work extra hard to pull our bodies backward to maintain our upright balance.

We should all be working on strengthening these muscles; but in the meantime, give your muscles a head start by wearing a supportive brief that tucks in your tummy.

The briefs are usually made in a panty style with a combination of nylon and Lycra. You'll be delighted with how this little brief will ease any lower back discomfort! Not to mention flatten the tummy (no need for a diet plan after all!)

And for tip number two....

I have finally come to the conclusion that silky panties and hosiery are an impossible combination!! I can't seem to even get out the house in the morning without the waistband of the pantyhose or tights slipping down my hips over my silky panties!

I know that I could always go back to cotton undies to stop the slippage; but instead I have learned to slip a pair of bike shorts over my hosiery or tights. Bike shorts stop the slippage and as the cooler months approach they provide an extra touch of warmth!

And my final touch....

Just because the temperature is dropping, this is no ime to let up on our constant battle to stay dry, and fight odors and bacteria.

Check out the new high-tech fabrics that are being used for bras and panties. Bras and panties in these new fabrics are designed to solve these problems by drying fast, or wicking the moisture away from our bodies or by increasing the air flow. Why not use these cooler months to try out the new fabric technologies and enjoy the benefits of staying cool and dry. Then after you have tested them out over the next few months, you can expand your underwear wardrobe with the new "stay cool/stay dry" fabrics just in time for the warmer months!

But I think my little gem that follows is the best....

Have you stopped wearing panty hose because of the crunching noise as you walk and your thighs rub together? (I did) Until quite by accident I discovered that if you wear them inside out they don't scruntch!! I now have started wearing skirts again!

Girls - where there's a will there's a way!

Stay beautiful just as you are. Forget the diet plan, go have a manicure instead!
